Ageing well looks different for everyone – whether it's programs to keep you connected and active, support to help you live the way you want, getting around in your local community or having a say on decisions that affect your life. We’re updating our healthy ageing service model to make sure it meets the needs and priorities of our community, so you can live and age well in the City of Melbourne.

Are you 55 years or older? We’d love to hear from you.

Go in the draw to win 1 of 3 $100 Giftpay vouchers by completing our survey below on how we can support you to live and age well in the City of Melbourne.

Visit one of the pop-up sites listed below to have a chat with us in-person. You will also be able to fill out a paper survey at the pop-up.

If you require any assistance with providing feedback, please contact healthyageing@melbourne.vic.gov.au or phone 03 9658 9190.

Consultation closes Monday 26 May 2025.
