The Council Plan 2021–25 is our four-year commitment to the community. It outlines what we will achieve and how we will track and measure our success. We are now half-way through delivering the Council Plan 2021–25. Following a review, we are proposing minor updates to better reflect our progress.

The draft Annual Plan 2023–24 sets out our program of work for the coming year. The 52 Major Initiatives are our priority projects. The draft plan details how we will progress and deliver the Major Initiatives.

Through the neighbourhood planning process we consulted more than 7000 people to understand what matters most to our community. Priorities identified for each neighbourhood informed our 11 Neighbourhood Statements, which are a key part of the draft Annual Plan 2023-24.

We are seeking feedback on the draft Annual Plan 2023–24 and updates to the Council Plan 202125.

Consultation ends midnight, 8 June 2023.
