Part 2 of Amendment C190 approved by the Minister for Planning

The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C190 (Part 2) and it was gazetted on 5 July 2018.

Amendment C190 (Part 2) amends Schedule 63 to the Design and Development Overlay (DDO63) and applies built form controls to Area 8 - Shiel Street to guide redevelopment of the area. The approved version of Amendment C190 Part 2 is in line with Council’s position and states that along Shiel Street, development above the maximum mandatory three storey street wall height should be set back at least two metres for every metre of height.
