We're on a mission to establish Melbourne as a garden city, and finding ways to create more green space in urban areas like Southbank is a key priority.
By reconfiguring Normanby Road and the land surrounding Normanby Road Reserve, we could create over one hectare of open space for the Southbank community, making it the largest open space in the neighbourhood.
As we work with the Department of Transport and Planning and other landowners to explore what’s possible, we invite you to share your ideas and tell us what you’d like to see here in the future.
