  • Requests the Minister for Planning appoint a Panel to consider all submissions received to Melbourne Planning Scheme Amendment C278.
  • Notes that the form of the Amendment to be presented to the Panel will be in accordance with Attachment 4, subject to the inclusion of recommended changes outlined in the report being the removal of the Haymarket Roundabout, designation of Flagstaff Gardens as modified Type 3 park, removal of Royal Society of Victoria property and inclusion of a permit exemption for railway land.
  • Authorises the Acting General Manager Strategy, Planning and Climate Change to make any further changes to the documents if required.
