City of Melbourne is proposing to deliver more open green space in Southbank – one of Melbourne’s busiest suburbs.

We’ve already heard some valuable feedback from the community about our proposal to deliver a safer and greener Miles and Dodds Street Reserve, and we want to make sure we get the proposal right.

At the Future Melbourne Committee meeting on 18 March 2025, Council decided to reopen consultation to ensure more people get the chance to share their feedback.

You can now have your say on the draft design for the space and see how it reflects the community’s need for improved safety, more open green space and smooth traffic flow.

Consultation closes 5pm Monday 28 April 2025.
