The city of Melbourne’s Connect Cafes provide one to one tech help with a trained and skilled Lively Tech Helper. Learn more about how to use your mobile, laptop or tablet to connect better with family and friends and research or discover new interests.

Bookings essential. Let us know your preferred language and we will do our best to provide a tech helper who speaks the language you requested.
