Women's Self Defence classes

Women will get the opportunity to learn basic striking and self defence skills for free in an all-female, safe environment with a female instructor.

As well as skill development, this program also has a strong focus on enhancing self-confidence, improving fitness and allowing participants to socialise with others in a fun and inclusive environment.

This six-week program will be led by Emily Jans, a highly skilled and experience boxing professional.

All abilities welcome.
