At the community information session held on 14 March 2023 at Marvel Stadium, a commitment was made to provide responses to all questions raised. Since then, Council has been coordinating responses to all questions with the various agencies, including the EPA, Victoria Police and Liquor Control Victoria.

There remain ongoing investigations by Council under the Health and Wellbeing provisions and a separate investigation by the Environment Protection Authority. These investigations are progressing, with regular noise monitoring conducted since the information session, including over the Easter period. These investigations are expected to conclude in May as highlighted at the information session. The EPA and Council look forward to providing further updates when they become available.
