City of Melbourne is currently reviewing the need for, and future of, the Davis Street garden. This small street garden is located at the end of Davis Street, near Parsons Street Reserve in Kensington.

We’re looking for some local community members to work with us to help revitalise the garden and manage it into the future. Do you have an interest in gardening, growing food or just working on a local project to connect more with your neighbours? We’d love to hear from you.

The garden is a small street space that relies on local community members to tend to it and look after it. This could be weeding, watering, planting and harvesting, among other things. It’s a great opportunity to share and learn new skills, enjoy fresh produce and meet local people.
