Learn healthy eating habits at a free course

Sign up for a free, fun and interactive course that teaches healthy eating habits and how to cook simple, low-cost meals.

The course is being run over six-weeks at Kathleen Syme Library and Community Centre.

Session Times
  • Wed 9 April 12.30pm – 3pm
  • Wed 16 April 10am – 12.30pm
  • Wed 23 April 11am – 1.30pm
  • Wed 30 April 11am – 1.30pm
  • Wed 7 May 11am – 1.30pm
  • Wed 14 May 10am – 12.30pm

Each session includes fun interactive activities, hands-on cooking classes, and a shared meal.

At the end of the program, participants will receive a certificate and the OzHarvest Everyday Cookbook, featuring easy, nutritious recipes for meals that cost less than $3 per serve. This program is run by OzHarvest.
