July 8, 2024

Victorian College For The Deaf has received a grant to install a greenhouse shade cloth.

South East Water is providing $1251 to the South Yarra school to help bring the community and environmental project to life through its annual Community Grants Program.

Using the grant, Victorian College For The Deaf will install a custom-fit shade cloth for the greenhouse in the urban block garden to improve safety for students, growing conditions, support fresh food production for their Tradeblock Café and provide produce to the local community.
