The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. Living Art Village

Two-day showcase of art and environmental materials from Dookie in North-Central Victoria.

The celebratory event brings together the community of Dookie, situated on the Traditional Lands of the Yorta Yorta People, and the University of Melbourne, which hosts a campus in the town, in a program of discussion, knowledge exchange and skills development.

A two-day program of discussions and workshops will be held in the exhibition space on Friday 21 and Saturday 22 October. Drawing on the expertise of participants it includes discussions on seed banks, native foods and grasses, place-specific geology and First Nations perspectives on caring for Country.
