STRIVE: Strength, Balance & Connection for Over-55s
Each session includes a short, friendly chat about safe physical activity, fall prevention, and easy ways to stay active at home—plus simple strength and balance checks to help you understand your body better. This is followed by a 30-minute gentle exercise class to build strength, improve balance, and boost confidence in how you move. Suitable for all levels, with seated or standing options available.
When: Third Friday of each month
Time: 10:30am – 11:15am
Cost: Gold coin donation
Bring: Comfortable clothing and water bottle
