Want to help grow our garden city? Expressions of interest are now open to join City of Melbourne’s Parks and Gardens Advisory Committee.

We’re looking for 4 Melburnians to play an active advisory role in planning and managing our city’s beloved parks and open spaces. You’ll sit alongside technical representatives and fellow community members to advise on growing our garden city and representing the interests of people like you.

The committee meets 4 times a year, and new members will serve a 2-year term to align with the tenure of existing members. It’s an exciting time to join – we’re working hard to make Melbourne the garden city, investing in our green spaces, fast tracking key projects and helping community bring nature into their neighbourhoods.

If you’re passionate about parks and gardens and want to make a meaningful impact on Melbourne’s urban landscape, this is your chance. Submit an expression of interest before Friday 19 June.
