Melbourne Conversations: Postwar Architecture
Melbourne is famed for its Victorian architecture, but so much of the city’s character comes from more recent buildings. As City of Melbourne prepares to protect a number of significant postwar buildings, we’re taking the opportunity to celebrate our city’s postwar architecture.
Our panel of architects and historians will discuss some of the most distinctive postwar buildings identified for protection under the Hoddle Grid Heritage Review. Listen in for unique insights into how heritage buildings are chosen and managed, and how this process contributes to the ever-evolving face of the city.
