Applicants must complete all sections of the form that are applicable to be considered.
Limit of services
Applicants are expected to respond to the category they are interested in and should outline their key area of expertise and delivery. They are not expected to respond to all categories.
Applicants should assess and identify any constraints or issues associated with being a member of the Community Engagement Consultancy Services Register, or with regards to delivering community engagement services on future individual projects, such as (but not limited to) capacity, conflict of interest and resource constraints.
The Applicant shall provide the same high level of service to customers and stakeholders by meeting specific customer service guidelines and standards adopted by the City of Melbourne (i.e. The City of Melbourne’s Customer Service Charter). The supporting Standards, Business Rules and Behaviours, to which all Service Providers are to adhere to, are available from your Contract Manager/Team Leader Community Engagement.
Applications will open on Saturday 5 October and close at 11am on Thursday 21 November. Applicants will be contacted on or before Friday 6 December 2019.
